WIP Collaborative created a flexible backyard seating area for the newly opened Little Egg restaurant in Prospect Heights, Brooklyn. The design responds to the unique geometry of the existing yard and the intent for a multi-use environment to support a range of programs, from everyday dining service to casual gatherings to intimate group dinners. A combination of fixed and movable elements enable the space to transform for each use. The multitone material palette creates a cohesive and cheerful setting for patrons and community members to enjoy.
